At Curiously we don’t just preach and consult from textbooks - we have actually been in the trenches and held a variety of roles in technology, leadership, and transformation.

Digital Transformation

We have over 35 years of experience in Digital Transformation. We started this journey working as members in agile teams and building technology products using a variety of agile frameworks. We progressed through various leadership and coaching roles through to CTO levels and have completed digital strategies for some of Australia’s biggest household names. Our clients include Woolies X, Suncorp, Telstra, HiPages, Tyro, Hireup, and more.


Coaching and Development

We have 20 years of hands-on coaching and personal development experience. We are certified NLP and Neurosemantic Master Practitioners and hold certifications in Enneagram Coaching, Leadership Agility, and more. We have successfully coached leaders, ELTs, SLT, and teams to high-performance and consider coaching and helping people thrive to be the most rewarding aspects of what we do.

Technology

Unlike a lot of other Digital Transformation specialists, we consider ourselves technologists at heart. Not only do we help teams and organizations build great tech products and platforms, but we have also built many ourselves and are excited to be building out our new Curiosity Platform that will enable leaders and teams to maximise and simplify their personal development and performance.
